Welcome to Supermarket Simulator. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our game, website, and services. By accessing or using our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our game.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our game. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this document.

By accessing or using our game, you affirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• You are at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use our game;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
• Your use of the game will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Use the game for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the game or the servers or networks connected to the game; or
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights in connection with your use of the game.

To access certain features of our game, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Not create more than one account, except as expressly permitted;
• Not use another user's account without permission; and
• Keep your account information up-to-date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the game if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our game or other users.

Our game may include virtual items, in-game currency, or other virtual content that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items and in-game currency are licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world value;
• Virtual items and in-game currency cannot be transferred, traded, sold, or redeemed for real money or items of value outside the game;
• We have the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items and in-game currency at any time, with or without notice, and we will have no liability to you for doing so;
• Purchases of virtual items and in-game currency are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law; and
• If your account is terminated or suspended, you will lose access to your virtual items and in-game currency without compensation.

When using our game, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• Use the game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users;
• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Use the game to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
• Use the game to send unsolicited messages, advertising, or promotional materials;
• Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game;
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or design flaws in the game; or
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the game or the experience of other users.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including removing objectionable content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violators to law enforcement authorities.

All content included in or made available through our game, including the text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited license to use the game and its content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from our game for any purpose without our prior written consent.

If you believe that any content in our game infringes your copyright, please contact us using the information provided at the end of these Terms.

OUR GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE GAME OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE GAME.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE GAME; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE GAME; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE GAME; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE GAME.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the game;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including, without limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the game.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our website or through the game. Your continued use of the game after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the game.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the game will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
